If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send the item back in its original unused condition back within 7 days of the delivery date, after contacting us HERE.
You have an option to EXCHANGE your item or to RETURN and get a REFUND (after standard shipping cost has been deducted). Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer a Return or Exchange. Exchanges are free but buyer is liable for shipping the items back .
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging otherwise a $5.99 stocking fee will be charged.
To start your RETURN process, contact us HERE or via email at email@example.com with your order number and item you’d like to exchange with. An address will be emailed for return to be sent.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be made aware of this amount once you contact us for a Return/Refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Missing/Lost or Stolen Goods
If the item you received was either lost or stolen; unfortunately we are not liable for the cost of stolen items once the item has been delivered and tracked. Please contact your local post office to track missing item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
